On Tuesday, India took test of its first home developed cruise missile Nirbhay but it fails when missile reached on halfway.
According to the Indian Media reports, the missile test was taken secretly at the place of Odisha and its targeted range was 700 Km. But it fails after travelling about 250 Km and fell down near the coast.
Defense Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) of India is continuously working on Nirbhay's development since 2007, but not yet successful.
Nirbhay is subsonic cruise missile, which can be launched from a mobile launcher and capable of different
kinds of payloads at different ranges.
